Caroline has extensive treatment experience in both high level sport and clinic-based physiotherapy. She completed her Post Graduate Masters in Sports Physiotherapy and Specialist Paediatric Orthopaedics at Melbourne University.

Caroline has a specialist interest in children and adolescent sporting injuries and lower limb injuries, in particular the foot and ankle.
​
Her extensive team experience includes Netball Victoria's State team Lead Physiotherapist since 2017, an Australian Team Physiotherapist at the 2017 World University Games in Naples and a Commonwealth Games Physiotherapist at the Gold Coast 2017 Games.
Caroline was also a State Team Physiotherapist for Hockey Victoria and Basketball Queensland and Victoria and is a sessional lecturer for Bachelor of Health Science Myotherapy.
