Ingrid has over 20 years of clinical experience working both in Australia and internationally in the UK and Asia. She recently returned from 12 years living in Tokyo where she worked in a leading health and rehabilitation centre. 

 

After graduating from Melbourne’s La Trobe University in 1994, Ingrid’s ensuing  experience has included time at specialist sports and spinal clinics and in the public health system. In Hong Kong Ingrid owned and ran a successful private practice and provided coverage at a variety of international sporting events in Asia, including the Rugby Sevens, ATP & Davis Cup tournaments. 

 

Ingrid attended the World Netball Championships with the Hong Kong National Team and also worked with the Hong Kong Ballet Company. She continues to have a passion for managing complex patients and the performing arts.

 

Ingrid treats a broad range of musculoskeletal conditions with an interest in spinal and SIJ conditions, headaches, women’s health and rehabilitation exercise. She has undertaken a range of further training including post-natal exercise prescription, Clinical Pilates and the Schroth method of scoliosis management. 

 

Ingrid is a mother of two who is thrilled to be living in Bayside. With a background in the fitness industry she continues to love the gym, skiing, running and hitting the trails with her dog Mochi.
