Pam has virtually been with the practice from the very start. She is one of our best regarded staff members and therapists.
Pam completed her Remedial Massage qualification in 2000 and Bachelor of Health Science (Acupuncture) in 2004 and has worked in Bayside for 18 years. ​Her special interests are in lower back & hip disfunction, dry needling and MAT assessment.

In her spare time, Pam wrangles her two young children and loves movies and politics.

Dion Finocchiaro

Dion received his qualifications at Victoria University in 2016, graduating the top of his class. He has an extensive understanding of biomechanics related to most sports but specifically running, cycling, swimming and team sports.
Dion’s massage career came about from his passion for exercise. While working 80+ hour weeks as a qualified chef, he was looking to improve his unhealthy lifestyle before finding a passion with participating in sport and the benefits that came with being active.
Dion, himself is an avid runner and head running coach of the Evolve Run Club. He has run over 70 marathons and ultramarathons across the world including the 2016, 2018 and 2022 100km World Championships. He has even dabbled in triathlon and completed an Ironman and hosts a PB’s of 14:52 for 5km, 2:19 in the marathon and 6hrs30 for 100km. Dion hosts multiple Australian records in the 50km (2:50), 50miles (5:10) and 6hrs (92.45km).
Outside of massage and running, Dion loves spending time with his partner Amy, cooking, watching sports and spending time with family.

Dana Beraldo

Dana has recently completed a Bachelor of Health Science in Clinical Myotherapy, excelling in her studies. She possesses an extensive understanding of chronic pain conditions, with a particular interest in neck and back pain.
Dana is passionate about yoga and resistance training, finding that a balance of both has been integral to her appreciation of the human body. Having experienced various injuries herself, Dana understands the value of a patient-centred therapeutic relationship. This firsthand experience has fuelled her dedication to supporting clients in managing their musculoskeletal conditions based on their individual goals and needs.

Dana firmly believes in empowering her patients to function optimally in their daily lives. She employs manual therapy techniques such as dry needling, joint mobilisation, and massage to help her clients regain confidence in movement and return to doing what they love.
​
Outside of work, Dana loves spending time with her bulldogs, her partner, friends, and family. She also loves going for hikes and spending time outside, rain or shine.
